RED SAWTOOTH is a rare variety. The plant is entierly dark red in summer, and bright red with greenish teeth in winter. It is a small plant that grows slowly - both the result of the plant spending a lot of energy that for producing the anthocyanins that make it so red. Even insummer the diameter of the plant rarely exceeds 5 cm. The teeth are short, with fine serrations allong the edges, which is the main difference between 'saw' and 'shark' teeth.
